On the afternoon of July 7, 2026, students majoring in papermaking at Zhejiang University of Science and Technology visited Zhejiang Kaifeng New Materials Co., Ltd. for an educational tour combining industry observation with practical learning.
Exploring the Production Process
During the visit, the students toured the First Plant, the Pulp Preparation Workshop, and the Fifth Plant. Guided by company representatives, they observed the production environment and gained a closer look at how papermaking knowledge is applied in real manufacturing operations.
The on-site tour gave the students an opportunity to move beyond classroom theory and develop a more direct understanding of production processes, equipment operation, and workshop management.
